Integrated Travel Security & Risk Management

For high-profile and high risk private clients, UHNW families, executives and public figures, travelling domestically or internationally can create a unique combination of security, privacy, logistical and operational challenges which can create vulnerabilities that extend far beyond just personal safety.

For our clients, this means protecting multiple interests simultaneously. The safety and wellbeing of the client, their family and travelling companions, alongside their privacy, confidentiality, brand image and reputation all form part of the wider security picture for us.

International travel naturally introduces more people, organisations, systems and jurisdictions into the client’s environment. Airlines and private aviation providers, hotels, chauffeurs, local security teams, booking agents, venues and other third parties may each become involved at different stages of a journey. With every additional touchpoint comes the potential for gaps in security, unnecessary exposure, loss of privacy or disruption to wider travel plans.

We provide bespoke international travel security and risk management built around the client and their lifestyle, not simply the destination. We consider who is travelling, why they are travelling, what requires protecting and where vulnerabilities may exist across the entire journey.

We bring together protective intelligence, travel planning & risk management, protective security and crisis & emergency response through a single trusted provider.

Bringing these capabilities together creates a significant advantage. Intelligence does not sit separately from the journey. It directly informs how travel is planned, how clients move, where they stay, the protection around them and how we respond when circumstances change.

Rather than a client, PA or family office having to coordinate separate security teams, drivers, travel providers and local resources, we can manage the security surrounding the journey as one connected operation. Changes in itinerary, local conditions or risk can be reflected across the wider arrangements quickly, without the client’s team having to repeatedly brief and coordinate multiple parties.

This also strengthens privacy and operational security. Sensitive information can be handled on a need to know basis, with individual partners receiving only the information required for their role wherever practicable, rather than the client’s movements, security arrangements and wider itinerary being unnecessarily visible across multiple organisations.

The result is stronger security, greater discretion and a more resilient journey, with fewer gaps between planning and delivery and significantly less operational burden placed on the client, their family office or support team.

This is particularly valuable when travel becomes more complex. So whether supporting a high-net-worth family who require discreet protection and secure transportation across several countries for a family holiday. An executive itinerary that involves sensitive business meetings and changing schedules for an overseas business trip. Or coordinating a complex multi-country itinerary for a celebrity tour, or securing journalists and media teams operating within higher-risk or politically sensitive environments.. In each case, the security surrounding the journey is built around the client, their circumstances and what they need to achieve.

Travel security is not simply about protecting people. It is about protecting people, information, privacy, confidentiality, reputation and operational continuity throughout the journey.

Protective Intelligence & Travel Risk Advisory

Generic country risk ratings and destination reports can provide useful background information, but they rarely provide a complete picture for high-profile or higher-risk travellers. The same destination can present very different considerations for an UHNW family travelling privately, an executive conducting sensitive business, a public figure attending a major event or a journalist operating within a politically sensitive environment.

Our protective intelligence and travel risk advisory is therefore built around the client, their journey and what they need to achieve. We identify the risks and vulnerabilities that are genuinely relevant to them, understand how those risks could affect the journey and use that intelligence to inform decisions before departure and as circumstances evolve.

Understanding the Client & Journey

Before assessing the destination, we first seek to understand the client.

Their profile, visibility, travelling party, family dynamics, purpose of travel, planned activities, itinerary, business interests, existing security arrangements and individual concerns can all materially change the risk picture.

A destination considered relatively low risk for most travellers may require a very different approach for a recognisable public figure, a family travelling with children, an executive involved in sensitive business or an individual whose wealth, position or activities create additional exposure.

By understanding both the individual or family and the journey objectives, we can develop a bespoke travel risk profile, identify potential vulnerabilities and establish which risks and considerations require closer attention.

A destination considered relatively low risk for most travellers may require a different approach for a recognisable public figure, a UHNW family travelling with children, an executive involved in a sensitive business transaction or an individual whose wealth, position or activities create additional exposure.

We use this understanding to develop a bespoke risk profile for the journey, identifying where vulnerabilities may exist and what level of planning, advice or protective support is appropriate to best mitigate those threats.

Protective Intelligence & Destination Risk

Once we understand the client and their journey, we assess the operating environment and the developments most relevant to them.

Depending on the destination and client profile, this may include political stability, civil unrest, terrorism, crime and organised criminal activity, regional tensions, conflict, local security conditions, infrastructure reliability, transportation, medical provision and other factors capable of affecting the journey.

We also consider the practical realities of operating within a destination. Local laws and customs, communications, road and transport infrastructure, emergency services, medical capabilities and the availability and reliability of local resources can be just as important as a country’s headline risk rating.

For complex and multi-country itineraries, the assessment extends across the journey, recognising that risks, infrastructure, local conditions and available support can change considerably between locations and jurisdictions.

The purpose is not to provide clients with large volumes of generic intelligence. It is to identify what is relevant to them, why it matters and how it could affect their journey.

Intelligence Led Travel Planning & Risk Advisory

Intelligence is only valuable if it leads to better decisions.

The findings of our assessments are used to inform the planning and security surrounding the journey. Depending on what is identified, intelligence may influence decisions around routes and timings, accommodation, transportation, scheduling, planned activities and the level of protective support appropriate to the client and environment.

Potential vulnerabilities can therefore be identified and addressed during the planning process rather than discovered once the client is already travelling.

Our role is not simply to identify risk, but to understand its significance and advise on how it can be appropriately mitigated. Recommendations are proportionate to the individual, destination and purpose of travel, balancing security with the client’s privacy, comfort, preferences and freedom to travel.

Not every identified risk requires additional protection or a change of plan. Where additional measures are appropriate, they should have a clear purpose and reflect the realities of the journey rather than being introduced unnecessarily.

For clients and their support teams, this provides a clear understanding of the risks that genuinely require consideration and the decisions that can be taken to reduce them.

Dynamic Risk Management & Contingency Planning

Travel risk does not remain static once an assessment has been completed.

Political developments, civil unrest, security incidents, severe weather, transportation disruption and regional tensions can change an operating environment quickly. Equally, changes to an itinerary, activities, accommodation or the client’s own exposure can alter the original risk picture.

We provide ongoing intelligence and monitoring throughout the journey, focusing on developments that could materially affect the client or their plans. As circumstances evolve, risks can be reassessed and relevant intelligence used to inform any necessary changes to the wider travel and security arrangements.

Contingency planning forms an important part of this process. Credible scenarios that could affect the journey are considered in advance, allowing appropriate alternatives and response options to be established before they are needed.

Clients, family offices, PAs and EAs are kept informed of relevant developments without being overwhelmed by unnecessary information. Our role is to provide clarity around what has changed, what it means for the client and whether any action should be considered.

This ensures the security surrounding the journey continues to reflect the environment the client is actually operating within, rather than relying solely on assumptions made before departure.

Ultimately, protective intelligence should do more than describe risk. It should provide the understanding required to anticipate vulnerabilities, make informed decisions and adapt as the client, journey and operating environment evolve.

Close Protection & Travel Bodyguards

For high-profile individuals and families, effective travel protection must be built around far more than the destination or assessed level of risk. Who is travelling, family dynamics, lifestyle, public profile, itinerary, personal preferences and the level of discretion required all influence how protection should be structured and delivered.

Protection is rarely a fixed requirement throughout an entire journey. The people travelling, their movements, activities, visibility and surrounding environment can change from one stage to the next. We adapt the personnel, level of coverage and protective posture accordingly, providing the right security at the right time without unnecessarily intruding on the individual or family’s travel.

The result is protection that is bespoke, discreet and proportionate, providing security where it is required without unnecessarily restricting the individual or family, disrupting their plans or changing the character of the journey.

Carefully Selected, Licensed and Vetted Bodyguards

The effectiveness of close protection depends not only on an operative’s experience and training, but on selecting the right person for the individual or family they will be protecting.

Operatives typically will spend extended periods alongside principals, partners and children, working closely with PAs, EAs and household staff. Discretion, judgement, personality and the ability to integrate naturally into the travelling party dynamics and lifestyle are therefore just as important as operational capability.

We carefully select operatives specifically around each assignment rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on the requirements, this may include male or female operatives, we also take into consideration operational background, experience, medical capability, language may all be considered alongside personality, presentation, cultural awareness and the ability to integrate naturally around the individual or family.

Our operatives are drawn from experienced former military personnel, specialist police and intelligence professionals. All operatives are subject to rigorous screening and vetting, including BS 7858 (British Standards) screening, verification of identity, employment history, qualifications and professional references, together with the licensing and background checks required in the jurisdiction in which they operate.

This ensures the protective presence is not only operationally capable, but carefully matched to the people, their lifestyle, culture, circumstances and environment surrounding the journey.

Family Protection (Elderly, Children and Vulnerable Individuals)

Protecting a family requires a different approach from protecting an individual principal. Security may need to extend across partners, children, elderly or vulnerable relatives and other members of the travelling party, often with different routines, priorities and levels of support required at the same time.

Where an operative will work closely with children, elderly or vulnerable family members, we apply additional screening beyond our standard BS 7858 vetting. This includes enhanced criminal-record and safeguarding checks, further reference and employment-history verification, and closer scrutiny of previous roles involving families, children or vulnerable individuals.

Selection does not stop at whether someone passes those checks. We look closely at their previous family protection experience and how they are likely to function within the specific household dynamics of the principal or travelling party.

We consider whether the individual is genuinely suited to working within a private family environment. Experience protecting families and children, temperament, patience, judgement, communication style and ability to work naturally around children, elderly or vulnerable individuals all influence our operative selection process.

Especially when protecting children, the operative needs to provide protection without making a holiday, activity or family day feel like a security operation. They should be capable of integrating naturally and discreetly with the family while maintaining awareness of the child’s surroundings, movements and interactions.

For elderly or vulnerable family members, we consider the practical and medical realities of travelling alongside the protective requirement. Operatives can be selected for experience supporting individuals with reduced mobility or additional needs while transportation, accommodation, accessibility and contingency arrangements can be planned accordingly.

The result is not simply an operative who has been cleared to work. It is someone whose background, experience and personal suitability have been considered specifically for the family members they will be protecting.

Discreet Covert Protection

For many individuals and families, the visibility of their travel security is almost as important as the protection itself. An obvious bodyguard presence can attract attention, affect privacy and change the dynamic around family activities, private meetings, hotels, restaurants and social environments.

Where a low-profile, covert approach is preferred, operatives can work discreetly around the client rather than remaining visibly attached to them. Depending on the assignment, an operative may present as a PA, EA, nanny or another member of the travelling support team, allowing them to remain close to the individual or family without being immediately identifiable as security.

This can be particularly valuable for public figures, UHNW families and children where a conventional protective presence would be intrusive or draw unnecessary attention. The operative remains focused on the protective role, maintaining awareness of the client, their surroundings and developing concerns while integrating naturally into the environment.

Where the risk profile requires greater capability, security drivers, protective surveillance or additional operatives can be positioned around the client without necessarily increasing the visible protective footprint.

Journey Management & Operational Coordination

International travel for UHNW families, executives and high-profile individuals can involve numerous moving parts across multiple destinations and jurisdictions. Aviation, ground transportation, accommodation, protective teams, local resources and changing itineraries may all need to work together, often around sensitive movements, demanding schedules and short-notice changes.

Privat coordinates the security and operational requirements surrounding the journey, providing a single point of coordination from planning through to delivery. This reduces the burden of managing multiple providers independently and helps ensure each element remains aligned as the journey evolves.

Coordinated Journey

Depending on the requirements, we can coordinate private and commercial aviation, VIP airport and FBO arrangements, security drivers and ground transportation, accommodation and arrival arrangements, protective teams and carefully vetted local resources across the itinerary.

This becomes particularly valuable during complex and multi-country travel, where different personnel, vehicles and providers may be required between destinations and jurisdictions. Rather than leaving the client, family office, PA or EA to connect each element themselves, we coordinate the relevant parties around the wider journey whilst maintaining continuity around the individual or family travelling.

Where plans require alternatives or contingencies, these can also be considered as part of the wider operation, helping ensure the journey is not dependent on a single arrangement where greater resilience is appropriate.

When Plans Inevitably Change

International travel rarely unfolds exactly as planned. Flights are delayed, meetings move, family members change arrangements and local circumstances can require decisions to be made quickly.

Because we are managing the wider operation, a change in one part of the journey can be coordinated across the whole protective operation. A delayed arrival, for example, may require changes to airport arrangements, drivers, protective personnel, accommodation and onward movements without the client’s team having to separately brief and reorganise each provider.

The result is a more secure, discreet and coordinated journey, with stronger operational continuity and significantly less complexity for the client, family office or support team.

In higher-risk and operationally challenging environments, the margin for error is considerably smaller.

Political instability, civil unrest, conflict, serious crime, regional tensions and limited infrastructure can quickly affect the security and viability of a journey. Reliable transportation, communications, medical care and emergency support may also be more difficult to access, while unfamiliar local practices and operating conditions can introduce challenges that are not immediately apparent.

For UHNW families, executives, investors, journalists and other higher-risk travellers, effective support requires more than additional security personnel. It requires informed preparation, trusted local capability and appropriate contingencies built around the individual, travelling party and purpose of the journey.

Experience in Challenging Environments

Privat supports clients internationally, with particular experience across Africa, the Middle East and South America, including destinations where local conditions, infrastructure or security considerations require greater preparation and specialist support.

The realities of operating in these environments can vary significantly between countries and even between regions within the same country. Remote locations, cross-border movements and complex multi-country itineraries can add further challenges where infrastructure, available resources and security conditions change throughout the journey.

Our vetted and screened international network enables us to combine UK-based oversight with carefully vetted in-country partners and specialist resources. This provides access to trusted local knowledge and operational capability without relying on unfamiliar providers sourced at short notice.

In more challenging environments, that local capability can be critical. Understanding how a destination operates in practice, who can be relied upon and what resources are genuinely available can be as important as understanding the threat itself.

Enhanced Security & Support

Higher-risk travel does not automatically require a heavy or highly visible protective presence. Security should remain proportionate to the individual, destination and circumstances.

Where enhanced measures are appropriate, we can coordinate experienced close protection teams, security drivers, armoured transportation, legally compliant armed protection and specialist local resources appropriate to the operating environment.

Medical preparedness can be equally important, particularly in remote locations or destinations where access to suitable healthcare and emergency response is limited. Appropriate medical support, evacuation options and contingencies can therefore be considered before travel begins.

For families, additional consideration is given to children, elderly or vulnerable relatives and the suitability of the wider environment for everyone travelling, ensuring the security plan reflects the needs of the family rather than the principal alone.

Prepared for Change

In less predictable environments, plans must be capable of changing without the wider operation losing continuity.

Deteriorating security conditions, civil unrest, border restrictions, infrastructure disruption or other local developments can make an original route, destination or arrangement unsuitable at short notice. Preparation therefore considers not only how the intended journey will operate, but what credible alternatives are available if circumstances change.

By combining informed preparation, trusted local capability, appropriate protective resources and contingency planning, we help individuals and families retain security, discretion and freedom of movement in environments where reliable support and the ability to adapt matter most.

High-risk travel should not be defined by restriction. Our role is to understand the environment, anticipate where difficulties may arise and put the people, resources and contingencies in place to support the journey with confidence.

Privacy, Confidentiality & Exposure Management

For high-profile individuals and families, international travel can create significant privacy and confidentiality exposure long before a direct security threat emerges.

Itineraries, accommodation details, passenger information, transportation arrangements, family movements and personal preferences may pass between airlines, aviation companies, hotels, booking teams, drivers, security providers, venues and other third parties. Individually, each may hold only part of the picture. Collectively, that information can reveal a client’s location, future movements, routines, relationships and wider travel patterns.

For recognisable or particularly privacy-sensitive individuals and families, unnecessary exposure can result in unwanted attention, intrusion, reputational concerns and, in some circumstances, increased security risk. Our approach considers not only how people are protected physically, but how their privacy and sensitive information are protected throughout the journey.

Privacy Built Into the Operation

Privacy and operational security are embedded into the way we plan and deliver travel support.

Client information is handled on a strict need to know basis, with access limited to those who require it for their role. External partners and local resources are carefully vetted, while itinerary, movement and security information is shared proportionately so individual providers are not given unnecessary visibility of the wider journey.

Additional privacy measures can be incorporated into travel arrangements. This includes discreet booking procedures, controlled use of aliases for reservations, private check-in and arrival arrangements, carefully managed communications and measures designed to reduce unnecessary exposure around hotels, venues and transportation.

For recognisable or particularly privacy-sensitive individuals and families, consideration is also given to arrival and departure arrangements, public visibility, predictable travel patterns and who has access to sensitive information before, during and after the journey.

Confidentiality Beyond the Journey

The same standards apply within our own organisation.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) form part of our standard operating procedures, while information relating to client movements, residences, family members, security arrangements and personal affairs is treated as sensitive and restricted internally to those directly involved in the assignment.

We also work alongside family offices, PAs, EAs, household staff and other trusted representatives to help ensure appropriate privacy and information-handling practices are maintained across those involved in planning and supporting the journey.

The objective is to reduce unnecessary exposure throughout the travel process, protecting not only the individual or family, but the information, movements and private circumstances surrounding them.

International travel changes the digital environment around an individual or family. Personal and business devices move between jurisdictions, connect through unfamiliar infrastructure and are used across hotels, airports, aircraft, vehicles and other locations where the client has less control over the networks, systems and people around them.

For executives, UHNW families and high-profile travellers, the consequences can extend beyond the device itself. Compromised communications, exposed location data, access to an itinerary or disclosure of sensitive business information can reveal where someone is, where they are going and who they are meeting, creating wider privacy and physical security concerns.

Before, During & After Travel

Cyber precautions can be built around the destination, client profile and information being carried. Before departure, this may include reviewing and securing phones, laptops and accounts, strengthening authentication and communications, reducing unnecessary data held on devices and, for higher-risk environments, preparing dedicated or clean travel devices.

During the journey, we can advise on the use of hotel, airport and public networks, charging infrastructure, Bluetooth and other wireless connections, secure access to business systems and the handling of sensitive communications and documents.

Destination-specific considerations are equally important. In jurisdictions presenting greater cyber, surveillance or privacy concerns, preparations can account for local monitoring capabilities, device inspection or search risks, communications restrictions and differences in data and privacy law. Where the exposure warrants it, specialist cyber support can be incorporated into the wider travel arrangements.

Following travel, devices can also be reviewed where there is reason to suspect compromise or where the destination and sensitivity of the information involved justify additional assurance.

Location, Social Media & Digital Exposure

Digital exposure is not limited to cyberattack. Phones, applications, photographs, social media and connected services can unintentionally disclose a client’s location, accommodation, routines or future movements.

This becomes particularly important for families. A principal may follow strict security practices while a child, partner, member of staff or travelling companion unintentionally reveals the family’s location through a photograph, post, tag or location-enabled application. Digital exposure therefore needs to be considered across the travelling party, not solely around the principal.

Preparation can include reviewing geolocation and location-sharing settings, social media exposure and the information being published during the journey, alongside procedures for lost or stolen devices and rapid protection of associated accounts and data.

By considering digital exposure alongside intelligence, physical protection and journey planning, we help protect not only the client’s devices and information, but the privacy, movements and security that information can expose.

Crisis Response, Evacuation & Emergency Support

When a serious incident develops abroad, the ability to make decisions and mobilise the right resources quickly can be critical when coordinating the right assistance quickly across an unfamiliar environment.

A medical emergency, sudden civil unrest, detention, natural disaster or deterioration in local security can affect far more than the immediate incident. Flights, accommodation, ground transportation, protective arrangements and the movements of other family members may all need to change at the same time.

Our 24-hour emergency support provides a direct point of contact during an incident, coordinating trusted security, medical, aviation, transportation and specialist resources internationally as circumstances develop.

Coordinated Response When It Matters

Because we understand the client or family, their itinerary and the security surrounding the journey, we are not starting from the beginning when an incident occurs.

Depending on the circumstances, we can coordinate local security teams, drivers, alternative transportation, aviation, medical providers, hospitals, emergency accommodation and trusted in-country resources. Existing arrangements can be changed quickly, while family offices, PAs, EAs and nominated representatives are kept informed without having to manage each provider themselves.

This may include emergency relocation or evacuation when remaining in an area is no longer appropriate, medical evacuation or repatriation where suitable treatment is unavailable locally, and alternative arrangements following civil unrest, conflict, terrorism, natural disasters or significant infrastructure and transport disruption.

Specialist & Sensitive Incidents

Certain incidents require specialist support beyond the immediate protective response. Arrest or detention, difficulties with local authorities, kidnap or extortion, serious security incidents and other sensitive situations may require several parties to be brought together quickly.

Depending on the circumstances, we can coordinate with specialist crisis advisers, legal counsel, insurers, consular resources, security specialists and trusted in-country partners, providing a central point of coordination around the individual or family while the appropriate specialists manage their respective areas.

Critical travel-document issues, including lost or stolen passports, can also be supported where they affect an individual’s security, movement or ability to leave the country.

Our involvement does not necessarily end once the immediate situation is under control. The remaining itinerary, accommodation, transportation and protective arrangements are reassessed before travel continues, while additional security, alternative routing, relocation or return-home arrangements can be introduced where required.

Where contingency arrangements and trusted resources have been identified in advance, they can be activated quickly rather than trying to identify suitable providers for the first time during an emergency.

For family offices, private offices, PAs and EAs, arranging international travel for a principal or family can involve responsibility far beyond the itinerary itself. Security requirements, changing risk conditions, multiple family members, specialist personnel and unfamiliar local resources may all need to be managed alongside demanding schedules and short-notice changes.

Our involvement can be tailored to the structure already around the individual or family. We can work as a specialist security partner alongside an established private office and its existing providers, or take responsibility for the wider security and operational requirements surrounding travel through a more all-encompassing service.

Working Around the Client’s Existing Structure

Where established arrangements are already in place, we work alongside PAs, EAs, travel teams, aviation providers, concierge companies and household staff, integrating security without unnecessarily replacing relationships that already work well.

This may include reviewing itineraries, advising on security considerations, arranging appropriate personnel and trusted local resources, providing intelligence and briefings, and managing the security requirements that need to be incorporated into the wider travel plan.

Where several family members are travelling, including across separate itineraries or countries, we can manage the security requirements around each while providing the private office with a consistent point of contact.

A Fully Managed Service

Where greater support is required, we can take responsibility for considerably more of the operation.

Security, protective personnel, transportation, aviation, accommodation, local resources and other travel requirements can be brought together and managed through us, reducing the number of separate parties the family office needs to source, brief and coordinate.

This can be particularly valuable for complex international travel, short-notice requirements or families without an extensive internal travel and security function. The private office can remain as involved as it chooses, while we take responsibility for the elements entrusted to us.

Continuity Across International Travel

For families who travel regularly, the relationship can continue across destinations rather than beginning again with each journey.

As we develop an understanding of the family, their preferences, security requirements and existing support structure, future travel can be supported with less repeated briefing and greater continuity. Sensitive information remains subject to appropriate confidentiality and need-to-know handling, with reports, intelligence briefings and relevant updates provided to authorised members of the client’s team where required.

Support can therefore range from a single specialist requirement or one-off journey through to an ongoing, fully managed international travel security service, giving families and their private offices the level of involvement and support that best fits how they operate.

Private Concierge & Lifestyle Services

For some individuals and families, our involvement extends beyond security and journey management into the wider travel and lifestyle arrangements surrounding the trip.

Through our international network, we can coordinate private jets and global aviation, helicopter transfers, luxury yachts, VIP airport and FBO services, security chauffeurs and luxury transportation, ultra-private villas and residences, restaurants and private dining, members’ clubs, exclusive venues, events and highly bespoke experiences. We can also support personal shopping, luxury sourcing and other individual requirements where needed.

Privacy-Led Travel & Lifestyle Management

As a private security company, we approach travel and lifestyle arrangements through the same privacy, security and operational framework surrounding the wider journey.

A hotel or villa is therefore considered not only for its location and standard, but for privacy, access, surrounding exposure, staff environment and suitability for the individual or family. A restaurant may mean securing a private dining room rather than a prominent table. An airport movement may involve a private terminal, discreet arrival sequence or tarmac transfer. A yacht charter may require consideration of marina visibility, boarding arrangements, transfers and maritime security.

For high-profile and privacy-sensitive clients, these details can materially affect the experience. Paparazzi exposure, public arrivals, unsuitable venues, excessive third-party involvement or poorly controlled bookings can undermine privacy even where the underlying security arrangements are strong.

One Trusted Point of Coordination

Clients can use this capability independently or alongside their existing PA, EA, family office, concierge or travel team. Where a more fully managed service is preferred, we can bring travel, lifestyle, logistics and security requirements together through a single point of coordination.

This reduces the need to separately source and brief numerous providers, limits unnecessary third-party exposure and allows changes to accommodation, transportation, aviation, venues or security arrangements to be managed with an understanding of the wider journey.

The result is not simply access to exceptional travel and experiences, but the ability to enjoy them with privacy, discretion and security considered from the outset rather than added afterwards.

International travel security is most effective when the different elements surrounding an individual or family are understood and managed together.

We bring together protective intelligence, travel risk advisory, close protection, journey management, cyber security, privacy and crisis support, with the ability to extend into wider private travel and lifestyle requirements where needed. Clients can engage us for a single journey or specialist requirement, work with us alongside an existing family office or support team, or entrust us with a more fully managed international service.

What distinguishes our approach is not simply the breadth of capability, but how it is brought together around the individual or family.

Bespoke Around the Individual & Family

There is no standard security package. The level and style of support is shaped around the people travelling, their profile, family dynamics, lifestyle, preferences, itinerary and operating environment.

Privacy & Operational Security

Privacy is built into delivery through need-to-know information handling, carefully controlled disclosure, confidentiality procedures and an operational approach designed to minimise unnecessary exposure surrounding the individual, family and journey.

Carefully Selected Personnel

Operatives and specialist personnel are selected around each assignment, considering professional background, experience, vetting, discretion, personality, language, culture and suitability for the individual or family they will be supporting.

UK Oversight & International Capability

From our UK headquarters, we coordinate an international network of carefully vetted security professionals, local partners and specialist resources, combining continuity of oversight with trusted knowledge and capability on the ground.

One Trusted Partner

Bringing intelligence, security and travel requirements together reduces reliance on multiple disconnected providers, strengthens operational continuity when circumstances change and significantly reduces the coordination required from clients, PAs, EAs and family offices.

Discreet When Possible. Enhanced When Required.

Support can range from a discreet protective presence operating unobtrusively around an individual or family through to enhanced security in more challenging environments, adapting as the journey, exposure and risk change.

Begin With a Confidential Consultation

Every journey is different. Before recommending any level of support, we first seek to understand who is travelling, where they are going, the purpose and structure of the journey, their profile and exposure, family dynamics, existing arrangements and any specific security, privacy or operational concerns.

The initial consultation can take place directly with the individual or through their family office, private office, PA, EA or other trusted representative. Where sensitive information needs to be discussed, NDAs can be put in place before details are shared.

From there, we can develop a bespoke travel risk assessment and security strategy, identifying the intelligence, planning, protective, operational and specialist support appropriate to the journey.

This may involve a single service or one-off journey, support alongside an existing team, or a fully managed international travel security service. There is no predetermined package or unnecessary level of protection. Our recommendations are built around the individual or family, their priorities and the risks that genuinely matter to their journey.
